Items that are used, damaged due to improper handling, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
